LimitedCompanyPropertyFinance.co.uk arranges SPV and limited company buy-to-let mortgages across England, Scotland and Wales. The company borrows, the directors guarantee, and the rent services the loan: that structure works the same way in Carlisle as it does in Canterbury, but the numbers underneath it do not. Median prices, achievable rents and the gross yields they produce vary enormously between markets, and they decide how much a property company can borrow long before any lender's rate card does.

We hold whole-of-market access to a panel of 100+ buy-to-let lenders, from the intermediary-only building societies to the specialist SPV underwriters, and we package every case to the lender whose criteria actually fit it. Start with the structure itself on our limited company buy-to-let mortgages page, or model your own numbers with our calculators before you pick a market below.

About the data

Median sold prices come from HM Land Registry Price Paid Data (Registers of Scotland for Scottish towns). Median rents come from the ONS Price Index of Private Rents. Tenure shares come from the census. Indicative gross yield is annual median rent divided by median sold price: the first number a lender's underwriter reaches for, not the net yield after costs. There are 244 town pages beneath this one and every figure on them is drawn from those sources.
